I have been bouncing around a lot of various ways to render static markdown blogs, and while NextJS with <code>react-markdown</code> seems like a good solution, it just wasnt scratching the itch. I wanted something that had very little bloat. I stumbled (back) upon Jekyll, and I’m happy to say this one is sticking!</p> <p>While I’m here, it’s a good time for a blog preamble. I want to make various blogs about life, tech, writing, and other interests I might have. It’s a part my recent and continued effort to carve out my corner of the internet. Mostly for me, but also to grow the sense of completeness in a lot of my projects. I leave a lot unfinished, and have a lot of thoughts, but for the most part I don’t publish anything. I want a space to just write about life, and my (ever-changing) interests.</p> <p>Feel free to join me for this wild ride!
